The Federal Center for Project Finance (FCPF) (ссылканасайтФЦПФ – fcpf.ru) was established in 1995. FCPF is 100% subsidiary of the Russian National Development Bank (Vnesheconombank).

One of the company’s goals is to help advance the PPP market in Russia. Given the role of the Vnesheconombank as a national development institution, the FCPF is well positioned to serve as a national leader in PPP practice.

FCPF is a professional services company that provides investment advisory and project preparation funding (including PPP) by using knowledge and experience of the private sector.
